After more than five years working together at DFA and now with nearly four decades of collective experience in the financial services industry, the RIA Pitchworks leadership team knows the industry as well as they know each other—deeply.
Each leader brings their own complementary strengths in everything from strategic thinking to marketing strategy, financial writing, presentation design, operational streamlining, and data and reporting optimization.
AUDREY COULTHURST
FOUNDER AND CEO
A strategic leader with nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Audrey has spent her career overseeing teams specializing in business development, client services, financial writing and editing, presentation design, and RFP/DDQ production. She is fluent in equities, fixed income, and real assets, and her experience includes everything from designing and executing strategic marketing plans to crafting database narratives and optimizing data uploads for eVestment and other platforms.
Prior to founding RIA Pitchworks, Audrey worked in business development at JPMorgan Chase, helping fundraise $2.3 billion for global timberland strategies. Before joining that team, Audrey managed the client services team at Jensen Investment Management. She also brings more than a decade of experience from her time at Dimensional Fund Advisors in roles spanning marketing, institutional sales, and investment solutions.
Audrey earned a B.A in Music History from Whitman College and holds an M.S. in Book Publishing from Portland State University.
KATIE STOUT
COO
A problem solver by nature, Katie has spent over a decade developing marketing and operational solutions in the financial services industry. Most recently, Katie spent three years at Wentworth Financial Communications focusing on business strategy and firm operations, and consulting for some of the biggest names in asset management: Invesco, Nuveen, S&P DJI, and State Street Investment Management, among others. Katie’s consulting services included brand development, creating and updating key marketing collateral (for equities, fixed income, alternative assets, and ETF products), and project management.
Before joining Wentworth, Katie spent eight years at Dimensional Fund Advisors working in various roles—most notably, establishing the performance commentary business for Dimensional’s EMEA and Asia-Pacific markets. Katie spent three years in London, UK, developing marketing collateral and establishing distribution channels for the global institutional and financial advisor audiences. Katie then pivoted her efforts to operations within portfolio management, developing and managing a global project management platform.
Katie has a B.A. in English from Schreiner University and a passion for various forms of storytelling including short stories, poetry, and photography.
ELISHA WALKER
CTO
Elisha is an innovative thinker and passionate data solutions expert with nearly ten years of experience in financial services. She helps ensure operational efficiency for our clients by streamlining and automating manual processes, manipulating and organizing large volumes of data, and scaling and standardizing materials.
Elisha’s previous roles include data and reporting management at a mid-sized asset manager and commentary automation engineering at Dimensional Fund Advisors. In addition to her expertise with various technologies and programming languages, Elisha has a strong background in language arts that provides a truly diversified skillset to the RIA Pitchworks leadership team.
Elisha received a B.A. in Romance Languages from UNC Chapel Hill and is an internationally known, world-first-achieving competitive dog trainer.
